welcome!
The blog is looking a little different. By different I mean my colors are all out of whack. Im reinventing my logo, website, colors and new name. Im the same old wonderful Paige so no worries about that! Stick around and see what I have in store.
Beth + Matt had an awesome Fall Family Style Italian Wedding! Im so in love with Beth and Matt’s eclectic style and how they incorporated old with new. Beth wore her mother’s 1960’s wedding dress and Matt rolled in on a high wheel bike courtesy of Rowlett’s where Matt works. The day started out with great looking storm clouds that soon opened up for a rainy out door reception, but that didn’t stop the party from going on! Enjoy!
Shelly + Matt were married back in September of 2009, again they have had there images for a while, Im just getting around to blogging them.
I had my great friend and photographer Bob Schnell help me out on this awesome blue sky day!
Here are some of my faves and a little slide show for ya too.
The little diddy I used for the slide show was their last dance song that Matt dedicated to Shelly. I so love you guys!
Jasmine Plantation is a beautiful location for a Southern Style Wedding and If your up for a horse drawn carriage check the folks out! Arrivals In Elegance
So the end of 2009 was CRAZY!!! So many family sessions for holiday cards. My clients go their images in time but left my head spinning on the blogging. So here are some of my fave images and the rest are in the slide show. Now I have three 2009 weddings I need to post to stay tuned. =)
To start off we have the Hansen Family. LOVE my return clients!
Neill, Katie, Lily, Evie and Norah in the belly
Norah’s baby session
sweet baby Alex!
the Reece family!
last but not lest Cameron and his mommy. again LOVE my return clients!
I met Ashley at one of Posh Belly’sMaterni-TEA Paryt’s back in the fall. She is one smart cookie for taking me up on my complimentary belly & baby session. Everything about this session was awesome… the location, the light, the weather, the couple, the belly!
Thursday, December 24, 2009 Posted in kids, my family
We got ourselves a white Christmas this year! I know I don’t post much of my kids so here they are. They are kinda like the shoemakers kids, I have a ton of images but the only one who has seen them are me. So look out in 2010, my goal is to show you more of my family.
In October I was able to head up to Columbus Ohio to shoot a Sales Meeting for Emerson/Liebert. The best part about Columbus is that my best friend, my brother in law and my cousin all live there. I had such a great time! I was able to stay with my best friend and her family. I was able to see my bro in law for a few hours and I got to shoot my cousin Maranda! I would show you image from the sales meeting but I really don’t want to put you to sleep and besides Maranda is way cuter! Of course I have a ton of faves from her session so here is a nice little slide show.
One of the many things I like to do is donate sessions to organizations to help them raise money. This wonderful family were the winners from the Jack and Jill Day Care silent action. We meet up at University of Richmond for a fun fall session.
They are back and yes are one of my best clients EVEAH! So we met up a favorite shooting spot of mine to end up being kicked off the property but I did manage to catch this shot. See Im on the ask for forgiveness than permission when it comes to finding cool farm land to shoot on, guess I need to change that policy.
So then we drove around and came upon a nice little spot and had some fun…
December 20, 2009 - 9:09 pmLibby Lewis - Yep, that describes us quite well. The photos are excellent. I am getting many replies to my Christmas cards mentioning the photo.
Thanks again. I miss my old friends so much, but I am certainly enjoying retirement.
Busy summer for twins! Holly + Steve had girls and they are the cutest!
one of the girls sure did something funny…
The Koontzes had a boy and a girl! These two are so precious! Mrs. Koontz was my son’s 2nd grade teacher. The kids gave her a baby shower and as my son’s gift they got a baby session from me. Pays to be the teacher of my son.
Mrs. Koontz is so much fun and is a awesome teacher. I know she will be the same way as a mom!
